Janice Whalen is the founder and CEO of DentalStaff911, as well as being a Dental Consultant for over 20 years, the premier online and mobile dental job board and community. Janice is a true entrepreneur and passionate about improving lives and helping dental professionals build relationships by using data to make productive days and therefore better decisions when it comes to professional solutions. She is uber connected in the dental community and has taken the Hippocratic oath when it comes to dental professionals to ensure all information is kept sealed. Janice is the Switzerland of dentistry! You can count on neutral territory where your information is always safe!

Janice is native to the GTA and currently resides in Ottawa and is the proud mother of two lovely children.

When a dentist office is looking for a contractor and your profile matches their requirements, we will send you information about the opportunities that come our way or you can also check out our job board to apply for jobs that interest you.

Once approved, we will contact dental offices on our behalf and set up interviews/working interview as well as negotiate your contract on your behalf.

If you request a Full time, Mat Leave / Sick Leave, or Part time position, the steps are the same but we require a start and end date.

If your request has not been able to be fill by your desired start date, we will contact you after 30 days to see how you would like to proceed further! If you would like us to continue searching then we will reactive the request for another 30 days. If you fill the position on your own, please contact us immediately so we can cancel the request on our end.
